I’ve said it a few times but I’ll say it again: Urban Decay has some of the most amazing matte eye shadows ever.
They’re so smooth and easy to blend. They go on pigmented and effortlessly. They remind me of INGLOT’s mattes but less chalky which makes them pretty much perfect in my opinion.
However, their mattes have been on Hautelook () a lot lately so they’re most likely being discontinued. Such a shame.
